Our one-day FTO Refresher is structured around the industry standard San Jose  FTO Model and Dirigo Safety’s nationally certified three-day FTO and two-day  FTO-Coordinator Courses, which are certified by IADLEST as part of the  National Certification Program™. It provides an update to FTOs’ current skills and teaching/training techniques and methodologies. It includes video  evaluations related to the proper application of the Standardized Evaluation  Guidelines when objectively evaluating and documenting a trainee’s daily  performance.
